These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Claim3 ("we", "our", "us"), including any services offered through our platform. By accessing or using Claim3, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Claim3.

1. Use of Claim3

a. License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Claim3 for your personal or business purposes.

b. Restrictions: You agree not to:

• Use Claim3 for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Claim3.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Claim3 or its related systems or networks.
• Modify, adapt, or hack Claim3 or modify another website or app to falsely imply it is associated with Claim3.

By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
